AC Hotel by Marriott Sunnyvale Cupertino

This is our second time staying at this hotel and its honestly one of our favorites whenever we are in SJ area. They have a restaurant and bar that we have yet to try but i heard it’s delicious! Their breakfast is the main reason why my boyfriend and I decided to choose this hotel every time. Their #1 item is our go to every morning and they have other little yummy things on the side you can grab. There is an underground garage that can only be opened with the gate card, however, it is $20 per stay. We also love the fact the elevators only work if you tap your room card, which makes us feel more safe. There is a Safeway and Target store 5 minutes away so if there is anything we need, it’s a quick drive. Luckily in our second stay, the lady at the front desk upgraded our room for free which was a surprise :). There was also a hiccup with the free breakfast. According to the lady in charge of serving breakfast said we only had breakfast for one, even though in the booking it said there was 2 guests. She asked for proof of the booking information and she happily fixed that issue for us. It would have been upsetting if either me or my boyfriend didn’t get to have a nice breakfast meal!

The hotel was clean and smelled amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcomed us home every day. Offering well wishes when we left. Rooms were clean and well kept. Loved the rain shower. The gentleman who helped serve breakfast was exceptional and made us feel appreciated. Loved the decor. Lots of seating in the lobby and outside. Live music one night. Will stay again if we have the chance!
